These courses will be run in six week blocks and will focus on one of the gymnastic movements such as pull ups, hand stand press ups and muscle ups. Commitment to completing the course is necessary to ensure progression.

Your child will be encouraged to explore and develop the basic motor skills in a fun environment. These classes we use the whole of our first floor gym, which has sprung, soft surfaces and numerous safety landing areas.

It formed part of the Birmingham and District Amateur Gymnastic Association and took part in many competitions and activities hosted by it.
These classes are for mainly 4 year olds and the younger gymnasts, they are a smaller group to allow the young children more attention, the classes run for 1-1.5 hours. They work on the Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault and work through the British Gymnastics Explore Rise badges.
