We offer a ‘pay as you go’ class for those who are interested in a more relaxed class structure. This class allows gymnasts of any ability, be it beginner or experienced, to attend and use our facilities under the supervision of our qualified coaches.

Gymnasts can attend as regularly as they choose, and have the freedom to choose their focus for each class. Teen Gym is available for those aged between 13 and 17, while Adult Gymnastics caters for those 18+.

Our history
Our history traces back to 1865 when the School of Art first opened in the Old Free Library in Cardiff.
Since we developed into a university, we have remained rooted in Wales while providing practice-focused and professionally oriented education to students from around the globe.

Learning, Playing and Exploring through Gymnastics is what we do!!
As a means of encouraging your child, we teach all the proficiency awards set up by the British Amateur Gymnastics Association. We also offer an intermediate class as well as an advanced/competition class.
Elite Academy was established in 1993.It encompasses all aspects of dance and also gives the opportunity to gain gymnastic skills.It gives students an excellent grounding from beginners to those wishing to become professional dancers or teachers.
Our Adult class is the perfect way to recapture your youth! These fully structured classes help develop strength and flexibility using gymnastics skills and movements. Suitable for all, from complete beginners to more experienced gymnasts.
Recreational Classes are offered by Cumbernauld Gymnastics Club. These classes are a great introduction to the sport of gymnastics & a way to improve coordination, flexibility and an excellent way for kids to release excess energy.
