We offer a ‘pay as you go’ class for those who are interested in a more relaxed class structure. This class allows gymnasts of any ability, be it beginner or experienced, to attend and use our facilities under the supervision of our qualified coaches.

Gymnasts can attend as regularly as they choose, and have the freedom to choose their focus for each class. Teen Gym is available for those aged between 13 and 17, while Adult Gymnastics caters for those 18+.

Our history
Our history traces back to 1865 when the School of Art first opened in the Old Free Library in Cardiff.
Since we developed into a university, we have remained rooted in Wales while providing practice-focused and professionally oriented education to students from around the globe.

These classes are for mainly 4 year olds and the younger gymnasts, they are a smaller group to allow the young children more attention, the classes run for 1-1.5 hours. They work on the Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault and work through the British Gymnastics Explore Rise badges.
Beginners Classes are designed for children attending full time school. These extremely popular classes support the fundamentals of gymnastics offering a programme of learning that is supported by the British Gymnastics Proficiency Award Scheme.
Learn gymnastic, acrobatic and tumbling skills whilst developing technique, flexibility and core strength through stretching and conditioning.
Sessions are fun and friendly, building on fitness, confidence and co-ordination while completing the British Gymnastics proficiency badge scheme. Our classes are all run by vetted British Gymnastics accredited coaches.
FunGym is designed to help children learn specific skills to enhance confidence, balance, co-ordination and motor skills. Our flexible program allows children to choose from 1-4 hours per week. FunGym places emphasis on fitness, activity, involvement and of course FUN
