All sessions work towards the core basis of gymnastics including strength, balance and flexibility. Gymnasts will learn new skills through progressive circuits designed to challenge them individually. Each term gymnasts have the opportunity to gain pins and certificates from our very our Majestic’s award scheme.
Every gymnast will have their very own gymnast record book to keep track on the skills they are achieving which will earn them their badge award. Majestic gymnastics take pride in being a positive, fun, safe environment using only experience, qualified coaches.?
Our philosophy of all coaches working closely together ensures the gymnasts in our care are the ones who benefit. We are always looking for coaches who share this passion and are happy to talk to individuals willing to volunteer or those that want a carer in gymnastics coaching.
Come a long and give some gymnastics a go. You will be able to have a go on all the gymnastics equipment including bars, beam, floor and vault. Our experienced coach will be there to give you guidance and help you learn any skills you may like to try.
Recreational Gymnastics course is offered by Sparta Trampoline Club. Our mission is to enrich our community’s physical and mental health by providing a world leading trampolining experience.
These classes are for mainly 4 year olds and the younger gymnasts, they are a smaller group to allow the young children more attention, the classes run for 1-1.5 hours. They work on the Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault and work through the British Gymnastics Explore Rise badges.
We offer a wide range of urban sports including activities including freerunning, tumbling, cheerleading, trampolining, aerial silks/hoop and martial arts, all within our state of the art facility.
Beginners Classes are designed for children attending full time school. These extremely popular classes support the fundamentals of gymnastics offering a programme of learning that is supported by the British Gymnastics Proficiency Award Scheme.
