These classes are for mainly 4 year olds and the younger gymnasts, they are a smaller group to allow the young children more attention, the classes run for 1-1.5 hours. They work on the Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault and work through the British Gymnastics Explore Rise badges.

We are primarily a Women’s Artistic club, we train young gymnasts from beginners where they work through the British gymnastics Rise Explore and Excel Badges, to Elite level gymnastics where they compete regionally and nationally. All gymnasts work on 4 pieces, Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.
Our Gymnastic Dance Classes are designed particularly for the younger children, reception class age and upwards.
