This is the perfect complement to a short stay in Venice and will leave you with the feeling that you have seen and tasted the ‘real’ Venice.
This half-day class will give you an inspiring introduction to Italian cuisine using carefully selected ingredients, and will give you the confidence to recreate some of Venice’s most treasured dishes when you return home.

The preparation of 5/6 dishes of antipasti, a pasta or risotto dish and lastly, a meat/fish main course.
