Making pasta is a skill that opens up a world of possibilities. In this class, you will be taught how to make perfect pasta dough using a food processor and by hand as well as processing the dough with a pasta machine.
Learn how easy it is to make wholesome fresh pasta to serve to your family and friends. We’ll make rustic noodles and stuffed pasta using fresh ingredients without preservatives along with accompanying sauces. You’ll never want boxed pasta again.
We’ll make a fresh batch of pasta dough along with a tomato sauce, an alfredo sauce before assembling your creations in our Pasta Bar. (gf option)
Learn to make these simple and elegant dishes: Arugula with Pomegranate, Mint and Ricotta Salata. Chicken Picatta, Handmade Cavatelli Pasta with Burned Butter Sage Sauce and Orange Polenta Cake with Whipped Cream and Berries.
