Heels classes include dancing in Heels such as boots, block heels or stiletto and usually features more of a feminine style of choreography which in turn helps you understand your body and how it moves, build confidence, as well as muscular strength in your feet, ankles and legs. Heels classes includes a focus on Heels technique across styles such as Commercial, Jazz and Hip Hop as well as turns, jumps and floor work.

This style is all about female empowerment - embracing your body and holding it with confidence. The class involves some ballet technique for ankle and posture alignment and core strengthening. It includes learning how to walk confidently in heels plus learning some real cool heels choreography.
