In Heels Foundations classes we'll guide you step by step through the correct technique of walking and dancing in High Heels.
These sexy heels classes are for adults wishing to feel empowered and confident in a feminine dance style. Wearing heels are optional and you are welcome to wear sneakers for comfort.
This burlesque-based dance style is designed with the high heeled shoe in mind. Just like any prop there are techniques and tips to be learned as well as the natural benefits of practice. Find your balance in this sexy dance class that stands tall above the rest.
