To the families that have been with us for the past few years we welcome you back to what is going to be our biggest year ever! To those of you just joining us, we are so excited to meet you and welcome you into our BDC Family.
BDC is more than just a dance school, We are a community of students, parents and teachers who share a passion for the Performing Arts. Brookvale Dance Centre is a premium provider of dance development programs for students of all ages, levels, and abilities.
There is a high demand for both our Adults program and our innovative dance programs curated for students aged 3-18years.
We take our roles as mentors very seriously and strongly believe that the life skills children develop by studying dance serve them throughout their adult lives.
We provide heels or you may bring your own to class as Miss Lauren will take you through different styles of dancing in heels.
Work on your sass, fierceness, sexy self and confidence, while focusing on technique and lines. This class is suitable for all levels and heels aren’t compulsory.we love to create a safe environment for everyone to express themselves, feel good and go for it.
In Heels Foundations classes we'll guide you step by step through the correct technique of walking and dancing in High Heels.
This class will teach you how. Dancing in heels requires a strong understanding of, believe it or not, Jazz Technique.
This style is all about female empowerment - embracing your body and holding it with confidence. The class involves some ballet technique for ankle and posture alignment and core strengthening. It includes learning how to walk confidently in heels plus learning some real cool heels choreography.
