We provide heels or you may bring your own to class as Miss Lauren will take you through different styles of dancing in heels. In these classes we will cover Showgirl, Jazz Funk, Vogue, Commercial and Musical Theatre techniques and routines while working on strengthening your core & lower body muscles.
A great way to explore different styles of dance and a great workout. For students 14 and above.
The school, founded in 1957 by Miss Ann Roberts AO, is now in the hands of daughter, Jane and her husband André Reynaud.
The school evolves to reflect the changing world by offering the highest quality training in the most caring and fun filled environment for both the lover of dance and the aspiring professional.

The school is proud to say that many of its past students have pursued a career in the world of dance. To name a few, are Natalie Weir – Expressions Director and choreographer, Kurt Phelan – professional dancer, choreographer and actor, Tim Coleman – Singapore Ballet; Emmanuel Reynaud - Footnote Dance Company; and many of our former students are now professional teachers and examiners of dance.
Use of basic jazz/ hip hop and burlesque techniques to create sassy showstopping routines on another level (2 inches higher)
This class will teach you how. Dancing in heels requires a strong understanding of, believe it or not, Jazz Technique.Â
This style is all about female empowerment - embracing your body and holding it with confidence. The class involves some ballet technique for ankle and posture alignment and core strengthening. It includes learning how to walk confidently in heels plus learning some real cool heels choreography.
Perfect for beginners to try something new or for the more experienced performer to add some tricks to their repertoire.
In Heels Foundations classes we'll guide you step by step through the correct technique of walking and dancing in High Heels.
