We pride ourselves on being a true artisan bakery. What does that mean? It means that our bread is handcrafted from the highest-quality natural ingredients, with no preservatives or chemical additives.
True to the artisan tradition, our breads are created in small batches, not mass produced. This means that we won't always have every variety on a daily basis. Some of our breads are very popular and sell out quickly.
If it is imperative that you have a specific bread or minimum quantity, give us a call and let us know. We believe that a good bread is hard to find!

This class is for the novice. No bread baking experience is required. In the time frame allotted we will discuss the different stages of dough fermentation, cues to look out for to gauge when your dough is ready to be worked to the next stage, shaping and baking.
