Yeast-based artisan bread and rolls, pastry doughs and batters, breakfast pastries, quick breads, filled and assembly cakes and torts, wedding cakes, cookies, custards, creams, mousses and soufflés, icing, glazes and sauces, frozen desserts, pies, tarts and fruit desserts, plated desserts, chocolate and sugar candies, sugar confectionary center pieces.
Candidates may take any of classes as they are offered as scheduled.
There are no prerequisites required from prior classes.
Participants may also select and choose any week/s from different classes to complete a four-week class.
