Chef Kimberly Bugler grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma, and trained in New York City. Recognized as one of the "Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America" by Dessert Professional magazine, Kimberly's specialties include cakes, plated desserts, candies, and sweet & savory bites for all occasions and celebrations.

Participants will learn how to make the flakiest all-butter pie crust from scratch, roll the crust and crimping techniques for a beautiful edge, and learn a top-secret pecan pie recipe that will become a new family favorite! You’ll leave with a batch of pie crust to take home and make more pie!
