I am passionate about cooking. I am proud of my Indian heritage. I have always been happy to share both of these with whoever interested.
I have taught Indian vegetarian cooking for a term at Queen Elizabeth College for the Adult Continuing Education evening program. I had a happy bunch of students, who still keep in touch. We even had a few Indian dinner evenings together.
Currently I teach only 3 classes per week: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, from 10am to 12pm. Since I have a young family, I avoid teaching in term holidays.
I offer classes, dinners, and talks in and around Dunedin and periodically around New Zealand.
