Once your group has gathered and get comfortable, the event starts with our professional chef giving an introduction to kitchen skills and cooking a dish to inspire you. The group will be split into teams of 5-7 people who then head to their own Team Cuisine work stations.

Indonesian Cooking class is offered by Cookery Magic. Over 500 dishes that span the flavours of Asia feature in the cooking classes held daily in my outdoor kitchen. Learn to whip up Nonya, Malay or Chinese favourites, or take a curry tour around the world.
In this class, you will learn how to cook authentic vegetarian Indonesian cuisine. Fresh, spicy and tasty curries and sambals made from scratch using easily available local ingredients.
