Learn gymnastic, acrobatic and tumbling skills whilst developing technique, flexibility and core strength through stretching and conditioning.
We teach the children all the basics of gymnastics, how to do balances and partner balances, forward & backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, basic positions and fundamental movements.
Our gymnastics classes enable students to learn many basic gymnastic moves, progressing to acrobatics
Sessions are fun and friendly, building on fitness, confidence and co-ordination while completing the British Gymnastics proficiency badge scheme. Our classes are all run by vetted British Gymnastics accredited coaches.
All recreational classes are one hour classes. The sessions consists of learning the basic shapes and movements of gymnastics, including learning skills on a variety of apparatus across the gym.
