Flour Will Fly runs Italian cooking classes in the heart of Liverpool. For those who can’t tell their ravioli from their garganelli, our classes offer both a deep dive into rich Italian heritage and a welcome return to the childlike glee of getting messy in the kitchen.
Make fresh pasta dough from scratch and make two fresh pasta fillings. We will then roll, fill and shape our pasta. Cook and eat your pasta at the shop, or take it away to cook and serve at home. This is a 100% vegetarian class. Not suitable for those with intollerance to wheat / gluten.
