You will learn to make delicious pizza from scratch, using the right ingredients and mastering kneading, fermentation, seasoning and baking.
you will learn to make pasta dough from scratch, roll beautiful pasta sheets, and make string & filled shapes (usually tagliatelle & ravioli)
In this class, we will make this dessert from scratch using authentic, high-quality Italian ingredients, and the result will be just as good as one bought from a Sicilian bakery!
