This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles of auditing and the specific requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 standard. Participants will learn about the role of risk and opportunities in the audit process, as well as how to conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 19011.
Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and hands-on exercises, participants will develop the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and conduct effective internal audits of their organization's management system.
Additionally, participants will learn how to report on audit findings, including nonconformities (NCs) and closing findings, and how to implement follow-up actions to address identified corrective actions.
