In-person in downtown Montréal or online from the comfort of your home, we offer a wide range of courses, for youth and adults, in nine languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, and Modern Arabic). Whether you want to learn a new language or improve your language skills, the YMCA International Language School is there to support you in your learning.
Topics will include greetings and introductions, occupations and studies, the telephone, dates and times, asking for prices and travel information, personal details, language for use in bars and restaurants, making hotel reservations, banking and invitations.
Italian course is offered by Greater Essex County District School Board. Our courses are taught by highly qualified and experienced teacher who are extremely dedicated to ensuring you leave with all the necessary skills to broaden your horizons and never be lost for words again.
Geared towards travellers with special focus on conversation. Traveling tips and an introduction to the Italian culture are implemented.Suitable for those with little to no knowledge of the Italian language and who are interested in learning how to converse, read, and write at the basic level.
You will learn about Italian language and culture through short lectures and videos, and you will speak Italian in every class, preparing you for conversations and travel experiences in Italian.
This interactive course in Italian is designed for students with no knowledge of the language. Activities in class will focus on speaking and reading. Some writing and grammar activities will also be introduced. This course is ideal for students who wish to learn a lot in a short period of time...
