Course Details

Join us for an evening of Italian cooking and dining. Start the meal off with a hearty Minestrone soup and learn how to make hand rolled gnocchi and a carbonara sauce filled with bacon and cheesy goodness.

We’ll end the night with a sweet Lemon Bombolone, coated in Lemon sugar and filled with vanilla custard for dessert.

Our cooking classes are partially hands-on cooking by you and partially demonstration by our Way Cool Chefs, all ending in a delicious meal for you to enjoy!

  • Minestrone Soup ~ hearty soup filled with vegetables in a savory tomato broth

  • Homemade Gnocchi Carbonara ~ fresh gnocchi tossed in a creamy rich carbonara sauce
