In this hands-on, fun, and interactive class you will be guided step-by-step through making your own pizza dough and fresh sauce from scratch.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. Guests will be required to show proof of full vaccination in order to participate in class.
Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Jean's home with ample space to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Jean is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. You are invited to Byob beer, wine, or champagne with you to class.

Now is your chance to learn from a true pro, Scott Rivera! In this class, we’ll start by making basic, yeasted pizza dough, covering sauce, and cheese, shaping, and baking. We’ll be using both a standard home oven with pizza steel, as well as trying out the Roccbox from Gozney.
Guests will learn tips and gain insight on how to produce the same results with a regular kitchen oven as a professional pizza oven, all while enjoying pizza courses and house wines throughout the evening.
Join an ICE chef for this delightful class on all things pizza. Together, couples will learn to make a quick-rise pizza dough to be topped with a variety of culinary creations: sauce and cheese will meet veggies, mushrooms, cured and fresh-cooked meats --- even sweet options for dessert pizza.
