Your instructor will give tips and pointers on what to look for in order to successfully bake a tasty loaf of bread at home. You will go home with a loaf of Shokupan, a tin- loaf pan (valued at $20), and confidence to bake shokupan for your family and friends in your home kitchen. The class is 3.5-4 hours long and a light lunch will be provided.
