This class will focus on technically challenging and modern choreographic styles across all forms of jazz for today’s performance demands. These classes will allow students to experience the joy of Jazz whilst learning through a systematic & structured approach based on the COMDance syllabi.

Currently, the Academy (of Dance) delivers classes for the "Dance" Department only. These classes are further divided into two main categories -
"Technique" & "Performance" classes.
These classes are for 8 years and up, it is also beneficial and highly recommended for students to be attending a ballet class or have a ballet background.
Jazz dance classes are offered by Backstage Dance Academy.

The Jazz syllabus we offer is from the C.S.T.D (Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dance). The C.S.T.D. is a highly regarded International Dance society proudly serving Dance for over 80 years providing exams in all major dance disciplines from Tiny’s through to Teacher Qualifications.
