Students may undertake jazz and tap examinations through SFD. We also teach adult jazz lessons at our school
At Shilleena's Dance Academy it is our mission to provide quality dance tuition and care that encourages and supports the physical, emotional and cognitive development of all our dance students.
We offer various streams of Jazz including, Broadway Jazz, Commercial Jazz, “Sexy Street” Jazz, and Lyrical Jazz. As well as your traditional Jazz Dance Class.Â
Our talented jazz teachers will impart in your child technique and rhythm, as well as body isolations and step progressions to inspire their early love of jazz dance.
Combined Ballet and Jazz class designed to develop the students understanding of both styles of dance. Tap will develop basic skills and the children will start to learn combination work.
We welcome all levels by offering both recreational (Junior and Intermediate) and competitive classes (across all age groups)Â in this style.
