What is Oz Fit™?
Oz Fit™ provides comprehensive training programs for all levels and ages, from recreational to elite. Our method targets both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems to create a balance that cannot be duplicated. As former athletes, we comprehend the physical requirements of sports and will help enhance your movement and take your mind and body to the next level.
How Will It Benefit Me?
We combine the following THREE PRIMARY COMPONENTS in our classes:
Pilates is a powerful exercise that promotes relaxation and mindfulness, allowing the body to enter a "rest and digest" state that leads to various physiological benefits. It enhances flexibility and posture, facilitates post-rehabilitation, and helps prevent injuries caused by muscle imbalances.
Pilates also strengthens and tones the core muscles, encourages efficient breathing, and improves physical coordination and balance.
Turf training is an effective exercise for improving sports performance and developing physical fitness. It boosts muscle power output for greater performance in linear, horizontal, and multi-planar movements, and elevates hand and foot speed.

Strength and conditioning also stabilises and protects joints, reduces body fat, and improves overall well-being. In addition, we provide towels for your workout sessions, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable experience.

This is a card system for Adult Classes at Amare Dance Academy where it gives Adult students flexibility of attending classes as and when you like at affordable prices. “Pay As You Dance” can be used for Adult Ballet & Adult Pilates classes.
To perform on the mat to work on strengthening the cores, correct alignment and teach effective muscle use. Results include better posture, coordination and balancing as well as improved stability and concentration.
