Tilt Gymnastics Academy was set up to make top quality Gymnastics coaching available to all boys and girls. We know that parents and young people want the best and that comes with a cost. At Tilt we wanted to make our coaching affordable as possible without watering down anything at all.

Through an innovative and intensive coaching programme, Tilt is the best place to take your child to the next level of development in skill and confidence.
Adult gymnastic classes consist of floor gymnastics and also learning skills on the beam, spring board, trampolining tumbling air track.
We offer a wide range of urban sports including activities including freerunning, tumbling, cheerleading, trampolining, aerial silks/hoop and martial arts, all within our state of the art facility.
All recreational classes are one hour classes. The sessions consists of learning the basic shapes and movements of gymnastics, including learning skills on a variety of apparatus across the gym.
Acrobatic Gymnastics is offered by Woodlands Gymnastics. Acrobatic gymnastics is a competitive gymnastic discipline where partnerships of gymnasts work together and perform figures consisting of acrobatic moves, dance and tumbling, set to music.
Gymnastic Dance combines the two genres to work on strength, stamina, flexibility and performance skills. Students learn exam sequences as well as working on routines where they get to play and use ribbons!
