She has developed and mentored many top karateka over the years. She has represented South Africa JKA and WKF karate as a competitor and coach at international level. Since relocating to Australia, Karin continues teaching and represented JKA Australia, as a judge, at international level.

Martial Arts Training for Children Ages 5 and up! JKA Karate Sydney has designed a program that is targeted for children from the age of 5 years. Our classes instil discipline, respect, self confidence, friendship, strength, fitness, balance and co-ordination in our Kids Karate.

Your Adult Goju Ryu training program is strictly open to those aged 13-16 and Parents of the children who train with us. As a rule we do not accept Adult students who do not have a child enrolled with us.
Our Junior Karate program is based on the Kaizen Ryu Freestyle Karate system. This class is an even mix of fun and hard work targeted to teenagers, everyone is welcome.
Our Coaches are proficient and professional instructors with backgrounds in traditional karate and self defence. You will get a class full of traditional karate, simple self defence as well as have fun with age appropriate games and drills.
