The BakeChef Team often find attention to detail being one of the key skills many junior bakers develop as they want to perfect their final baked items. On the other hand many simply enjoy the creative fun they can have working with buttercream & fondant.

Bakeology Studio is a center of excellence and a culinary school in patisserie, baking, and sugarcraft decoration. We are a patisserie studio designed to facilitate and offer world-class baking classes that many baking schools do not do.
We want to keep baked products authentic and of high quality. We clearly understand that this practice introduced to our participants and affiliates will change the way they bake and attend to clients' needs. We are driven by passion, excellence, and our love for patisserie.
Bakeology Studio is based in Melrose, Johannesburg, Gauteng, In only a week, a life change can happen, our weekly globally-inspired programs are thoughtfully designed to give you a world-class baker's experience to take this skill and turn into a small business. We instill the skills, knowledge and techniques so yo uare albe to ake it forwards and upwards.
Our patisserie programs have been carefully designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and equipment required during the preparation, baking and designing process of cakes, cookies and baked items as well as a variety of pastries and dough products. There are many courses provided so you gain the full learning objective of certain aspects profienctly.
Unlike other organisations, we will not ask you to bring ingredients, equipment or baked cakes or fondant to work on and decorate.
We pride ourselves in maintaining a high level of cleanliness, safety and professional etiquette in the entire baking and patisserie preparation process and believe everyone who experiences this at the Studio will also put this in practice for their clients.
We practice and share the key insights in safety and hygiene standards and requirements needed when working with cakes and baking products.

Dressed like a Master Chocolatier, dip & decorate your own Lindt Lindor Lollies in melted chocolate before decorating them with a variety of toppings.
We offer Samoosas folding classes to juniors starting from grade 3 to grade 7. At the end of the class the children can enjoy their creation and even bring some home for their parents to taste – a fun experience for teachers, pupils and parents alike!
