Kids workshops are suitable for absolute beginners! All of our staff have Working with children check certificates.
Elise Jaworowski is the owner and director of Cirque Fit. She has a long list of skills and years of experience, spanning local and international stages. Elise boasts a plethora of skills in circus including Corde Lisse, Straps, Hand Balancing, Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoops.
As well as dance and singing. Elise is currently performing in Queensland having just finished Circus Rio, so join our classes and get to know some of the other amazing guest instructors!

Aerial Silk is an aerial apparatus consisting of two pieces of fabric suspended from the ceiling. You will learn how to climb and wrap the silks to create various holds and “locks” around your body.

This introductory class is suitable for absolute beginners, including those with no prior aerial experience. Get comfortable spending time up in the air & upside down as we cover strength & conditioning for basic moves, such as Half Angel, Man on the Moon, Martini, Amazon, and more!
