Our lesson program includes riders practicing and competing in 2’3 and below. To move above this level, riders are required to own or lease a horse. Contact Julie to discuss your growth plan and help find the perfect partner to reach your goals.
Individual Lessons
Lessons are interchangeable between our two locations. Lessons can also be exchanged for a 30 minute private to a 1 hr group. You must be able to walk, trot and post safely off a lunge line in order to partake in a group lesson.
Lesson Packages
With our main focus being on care and safety of both the horse and rider, we tailor a specific program to suit individual needs. As no person is the same, no horse is the same and we offer a boutique experience to every individual.

For beginners or more seasoned riders, we offer top-quality horse riding training that focuses on fundamentals and horsemanship skills in a safe and individualized environment.

Beginners are scheduled in private 30-minute lessons until they can safely navigate in a group lesson. This can take a few lessons or many lessons depending on the age, athletic ability and maturity of the rider.
VRA encourages private lessons a minimum of twice a week to ensure students develop confidence, strength and equestrian skills. As students progress they are moved into beginning group lessons at the determination of the instructor. Please contact us to schedule private lessons.Â
