This course provides training in the safe operation of a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more), involving the operation of a telescoping, hinged or articulated device to support a platform to elevate workers, equipment and materials.

A person performing this work is required to hold a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) for Elevating Work Platform (WP) or be enrolled in the course through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and under the supervision of a HRWL holder.
