No winter tour to Lofoten would be complete without bringing home beautiful images and experiencing the greatest magic show on Earth - and that is what this photography workshop is all about!
While the Northern Lights are are main priority, our secondary focus is photographing snowy winter landscapes glowing in the Arctic sun, the breathtakingly beautiful and world-renowned mountains, colorful fjords and pristine beaches, as well as the idyllic and authentic red Lofoten cabins.
Photography has always been a huge part of my life starting at the age of 12 when I had my own black & white chemical darkroom. That early interest launched a full-time professional photography career that began in 1990 and continues today.
In this course, you will be immediately immersed in photography and will learn how to utilize your camera’s technical settings with ease.
My first workshop is called “Get out of the Auto Mode Workshop”. There you will understand your camera, know how it works, and operates. Opening a new world with tools to create the images you are looking for.
You are beginning digital photography and have just joined the world of amateur photography and bought yourself a new Digital SLR, but what do all those bits and buttons actually do?
This 3 hour class will cover ISO, aperture, shutter speed and more.
You will be an "Advanced" photographer after this class. Dwon Guvenir, Cr.Photog. teaches everything you need to know to be in complete control of your photography in every situation.
