Will learn how to make Authentic homemade butter and French traditional Boursin cheese. In this hands on workshop the students will measure ingredients and actively make butter the traditional way and incorporate it in the cheese making process.
Join us in our kitchen to make feta, chevre, and ricotta cheeses. We’ll give you the information on where to buy the supplies to continue to make fresh cheeses at home!
In this class you learn how to make a variety of “fauxmages”, including aged ones, sprinkles, feta-style and our favourite creamy spreads.
