CDA Dimensional Moves Dance Studio was founded by Celia de Abreu in 1997 in Pretoria – Gardens, 875 Hanny Street.

CDA is affiliated with Acrobatic Arts (International Certification), AFSA Acrobatic Federation of South Africa (AFSA Gauteng North Federation Colors), GNGA (Full Gauteng North Colors), SAGF (National Colors), DanceCor (SAQA Accredited), RAD Royal Academy of Dance and PBT Progressing Ballet Technique (International Certification) – All internationally and Nationally recognised dance and sport associations
Modern dance was developed in the beginning of the 20th century and this technique based genre is the perfect choice for dancers who require basic technical skills but are intimidated by the formality of the ballet genre.
A lyrical dancer uses movement to express strong emotions, such as love, joy, romantic yearning or anger. Lyrical dancers often perform to music with lyrics. The lyrics of the chosen song serve as inspiration for the dancers' movements and expressions.
Lyrical dance is a style of dance created by merging ballet, jazz and contemporary dance techniques. It is performed to music with lyrics to inspire movements to express strong emotions the choreographer feels from the lyrics in the chosen song.
Lyrical Dance Lessons are offered by Red Robynne Studios for all ages and abilities. We welcome anyone who wants to have fun with dance, from beginners to advanced dancers.
