Macarons or sometimes called macaroons are a French pastry made of two cookie halves filled with buttercream.
Our classes are taught in charming Carmel by the Sea, just 3 blocks or 3 min from town and a short walk to the ocean. There is plenty of parking in our idyllic setting.
Typically, classes are Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 1 pm PST, last about 1.5 hours, and are $89pp. Other days and times are available, just give us a call and we can help you out.
You take home a full dozen macarons, a $36 value. The class is hands-on and includes macaron making from start to finish. In our class, your recipe is included.
We have hosted numerous special groups, team building, birthdays, weddings,s and baby showers that include custom colors and flavors.

Add a dash of passion and a heap of creativity to your love for baking, and whip up a culinary career specializing in pastry arts. Students in ACC’s Pastry Arts Program learn how to work with specialty ingredients and master basic and advanced techniques to make classic creations
Dive hands-first into éclairs and cream puffs as you build the base for these indulgent delicacies: pâte à choux. Bake along with Pastry Chef Zola and learn her method for mixing the dough that ensures a crisp shell and airy texture.
We currently offer a two-hour private macaron class with our Executive Pastry Chef for a minimum of $1200. This class can have up to 8 people in it and will be a hands-on experience of making macarons from scratch.
