Macarons or sometimes called macaroons are a French pastry made of two cookie halves filled with buttercream.
Our classes are taught in charming Carmel by the Sea, just 3 blocks or 3 min from town and a short walk to the ocean. There is plenty of parking in our idyllic setting.
Typically, classes are Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 1 pm PST, last about 1.5 hours, and are $89pp. Other days and times are available, just give us a call and we can help you out.
You take home a full dozen macarons, a $36 value. The class is hands-on and includes macaron making from start to finish. In our class, your recipe is included.
We have hosted numerous special groups, team building, birthdays, weddings,s and baby showers that include custom colors and flavors.
