DurationHere at the English Rose Bakery we have been teaching our Macaron Masterclasses for over a decade.
The baking class starts with a demonstration by either Emma or Marie. We talk you through all the equipment and ingredients that you need. Following this, you make your own batch of macarons, fill and decorate them with our guidance. Whilst the macaron shells are drying you fill pre-made shells using a selection of buttercream and ganache.

In this class we make the best doughnuts you have ever tasted! We use a fermented brioche style dough that we talk through what the gluten does and how the butter in the dough effects the end result.
In this pastry class, you will master the techniques needed to make and use perfect pastry every time. Called ‘a perfect pastry lesson’ by The Financial Times, our pastry class will take you from the basics to more advanced techniques.
