A trip to NYC being her prize, was a once in a lifetime, tantalizing taste bud culinary sensation. Travelling the world over the years she developed her own array of different taste enjoys experimenting and pairing different tastes.
2017 held another achievement to add to her repertoire-Winning South Africa’s first Michelin star Chef JAN Hendrik’s Sommelier Competition pairing her recipe with South Africa world Class 2015 Ataraxia Chardonnay. 2017 Barco Colours-Winner of Competition Painted Baked Goods.
This course will teach you about the basics of working with decorating bags, tips, and piping techniques that include dots, pulled dots, and pull-out dots.Â
This training will teach you about making a painted drip cake with candy brush strokes and bark designs.Â
This interesting workshop includes a total of 4 lessons comprising of 2 hours each (8 hours in total). The class can either be completed in a single day or over 2 mornings.
