A variety of gluten-free ingredients are introduced in this course. Students learn how to make gluten-free products using items such as rice flour and xanthan gum.
We will start by making a banana chocolate-chip loaf, then we will make gluten free oatmeal cookies with raisins, followed by mango-cream parfait topped with toasted coconut and raspberries.
