Makeup Artistry

The student will learn the structure and function of the bones and muscles of the face for make-up application techniques including bridal, glamour, day, evening, fantasy, and special occasions. They will learn the importance of lighting so the correct application of make-up can be applied for television, video, and photography.

Understand all aspects of make-up products and tools including brushes, sponges, and applicators. The student will gain the skills necessary to apply the correct formula of foundation for specific skin types, eye and lip liners, lipstick, blush, and eye shadows.
