Makeup Course

This unit is about providing make-up services for a variety of occasions, including day, evening and special occasions. You will need to show you can work with a variety of skin types and conditions, including clients across different age groups. It is a two day course covering all the theory and practical knowledge needed to provide this popular beauty service.

This NVQ qualification will allow you to work as a qualified beauty massage therapist. As the NVQ is an industry wide recognised qualification, you will have opportunities in a wide range of areas such as beauty salons, health spas and day spas or the ability to work for yourself as an independent therapist.

You will need to show you can work with a variety of skin types and conditions. The qualification covers the application of a wide range of make-up products to different skin tones and age groups.
