A teatowel, container for any leftovers and an apron if you wish. We'll provide tea and coffee in the staffroom for breaks. Bring a sandwich of similar for lunch. All ingredients ($20) are included within the course fee.
Selwyn Community Education is a community education centre based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland. Each year we offer a wide range of more than 750 evening and weekend courses, plus some daytime English for Migrants courses.
During the school holidays, we offer children's art, cooking and craft courses. Join us on one of our friendly courses to meet others in the community, learn new skills and have fun.

During school term time, our office is open 9am - 9pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On Thursdays and Fridays, we are open 9am - 3pm. Once a month we are open for a weekend programme of courses. During school holidays we are open for limited hours.

This class is a chocoholic's dream. Dipping, moulding, rolling, tempering and paddling of chocolate is followed by decorating and presentation tips.Â
Spoil yourself, your family, friends or some of your team to a fun experience and learn how to make your own truffles and molded bonbons.
In this class you’ll learn to make dramatic petit gateaux using one of my most loved ingredients, Pedro ximinez sherry.Â
Bring in your colleagues or family and friends and we’ll show you how we craft our gourmet chocolates, give you a peek inside the factory, and teach you everything you need to know about hand rolling your own unique creations.
