Essential oils can help with health and wellness for all the family and pure therapeutic grade essential oils can be used to support sleep issues, boost immunity, digestive issues, anxiety over school, work, aid focus and much more.
Using doTERRA oils, Nina will teach the children a little about essential oils and how to use them safely.
Children will make their own delicious chocolate infused with doTERRA essential oils such as wild orange, peppermint and lime. We might get a little messy but have lots of fun filling different chocolate moulds with your creative mixes. While the chocolates set, you will make a gift box to take them home in.
Here at the Leicestershire Craft Centre we aim to pass on our art and craft knowledge in a fun and inspiring way. Everyone will leave a course with a finished piece and the know-how to continue making more.
