The International College of Beauty, Arts & Sciences manicuring course offers advanced spa manicuring and pedicure. Instruction includes applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations. In addition to training in the basic techniques of water/oil manicures, pedicures, nail repairs, students will learn nail enhancements (wraps, acrylics, and gels) and massage of the hands, arms, feet, and ankles.
Furthermore, the college invites industry leaders to share their knowledge and techniques with our students. Advanced training is available to those who wish to expand their knowledge.
Manicuring Curriculum:
The curriculum for students enrolled in the manicurist and pedicurist course shall consist of clock Six Hundred (600) hours of technical instruction and practical operations covering all practices of a manicurist and pedicurist.
Technical instruction means instruction by demonstration, lecture classroom participation, or examination. Practical operation means the actual performance by the student of a complete service on another person.
Our 600 hour program qualified students to receive financial aid. (400) hour program available without access to financial aid.
Our school offers students the highest quality and most comprehensive training in all aspects of the beauty business. Our curriculum meets all state requirements for hours of study, beginning with basic cosmetology, esthetician, makeup, or manicuring.
In addition, we offer continuing specialized education for professionals who wish to achieve a higher level of education in the field of cosmetology. All courses include extensive instruction and practical experience.
