Jazz dance involves flexibility training, isolations and fun upbeat choreography.
Jazz is one of the most popular dance styles, and it’s easy to see why. It’s versatile, energetic, and challenging. Our classes cover a range of jazz styles, including traditional, funk, lyrical, and musical theatre.
Jazz dance represents our popular culture and it is forever changing. This class starts off with warm up combinations, and traveling movement including jumps and turns across the floor. Throughout all exercises emphasis is placed on individual capabilities.
Jazz is a fun and energetic style of dance. Jazz combines the technical aspects of a ballet class but tends towards more dynamic movements to modern music.
Our Jazz classes build students technique and teach a variety of performance style dances and high-energy routines.
