In our innovative martial arts program for Families, everyone participates: children, parents, and grandparents can attend classes and progress at their own pace. In our action-packed family classes, no one sits on the bench!
Children practice with other children, and adults practice with other adults. Martial arts classes are one of the only family programs where children and parents get the same kind of healthy exercise at the same time.
Our members tell us that they feel our school is more of an institution of self-improvement, physically and mentally, rather than “just” a gym or some “activity”.
Filipino boxing is not a sport but rather a street-oriented fighting system. The techniques have not been adapted for safety or conformance to a set of rules for competition, thus it has a reputation as “dirty street fighting.”.
Professional boxing trainers have extensive knowledge and experience in the sport. They understand the technical aspects, strategies, and nuances that can help you improve your skills and become a better boxer.
Boxing (small group training) classes are offered by Fight Force Fitness.
Kickboxing Program is offered by Southern California Taekwondo Center for all skill level.
Whether your goal is to get in better shape, pick up a new hobby, or compete as a boxer, this training is for you. No previous boxing experience is necessary; all skill levels are welcome.
