HUNDREDS of parents and families in the Monrovia area are singing the praises of our children’s program, and telling other parents about it every day, because they’ve seen it for themselves, too.
In our innovative martial arts program for Families, everyone participates: children, parents, and grandparents can attend classes and progress at their own pace. In our action-packed family classes, no one sits on the bench!
Children practice with other children, and adults practice with other adults. Martial arts classes are one of the only family programs where children and parents get the same kind of healthy exercise at the same time.
Our members tell us that they feel our school is more of an institution of self-improvement, physically and mentally, rather than “just” a gym or some “activity”.
This class will be a combination of boxing segments along with sculpting barre moves.
This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
Anything goes in this blended martial arts training! A combination of boxing, Kali, Wing Chun, clenching, take-downs, and submission wrestling, this very rigorous training session is a true mixed martial arts class.
Our trainers develop programs dedicated to you, your goals, and your schedule. Our team has more than 15 years of coaching, teaching, and personal training experience. Just sweat, hard work, and a whole lot of grit.
Through our Kids Martial Arts program, we'll help your child develop confidence, discipline, and a powerful sense of self! Through Taekwondo, we want to help kids from all around San Jose get started on a path to lifelong success.
