This is a comprehensive course covering baking as well as cake decoration classes.
This Course covers the fundamentals of making both traditional and contemporary Wedding Cakes.
A course designed for chefs, bakers and even advanced home bakers who want to take a step away from home industry cakes and step into the world of the French patisserie.
Fancy Cake Course students may join at any one time and complete all 8 lessons at a reduced rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per individual lesson.
