Daria is our executive Pastry Chef that is coming all the way from Europe. At the age of 22 years old she completely decided to dive in into the world of pastry and create a company that is dedicated to make every occasion worth having a dessert. During this hands on class, you will work with yeasted doughs to create three holiday specialties. You will learn Easter Holiday breads from around the world. A chef prepared lunch will be served with a glass of wine.
Join us for a half-day baking and building your own layer cake from start to finish! In this workshop you'll make a light and fluffy chocolate cake and learn how to cut, stack and crumb coat it. You'll also learn how to make a luscious Swiss meringue buttercream and a tangy cream cheese buttercream
This fun and interactive baking class will give you a hands-on introduction to the art of cookie baking tips, techniques, and recipes that will allow you to create delicious gourmet goodies.
Join Chef Pavla to learn how to make this sweet dough by hand. While the dough is proofing, learn how to color the eggs and then after the dough has proofed, learn how to form into a braid, a wreath and a bunny and position the eggs for baking.
