Focus Institute of Gymnastics is based in the North West and is affiliated to the North West Gymnastics Association and British Gymnastics. The club also works in partnership with Halton Sports Development. Located in Widnes, Cheshire our unit boasts a fantastic selection of quality equipment which will ensure all participants have a quality experience.
The advanced sessions that are held in school holidays vary from club to club, but we usually offer gymnastic or ninja sessions that have a theme and a focus i.e. floor and beam, tumbling, flips and tricks.
We offer a ‘pay as you go’ class for those who are interested in a more relaxed class structure. This class allows gymnasts of any ability, be it beginner or experienced, to attend and use our facilities under the supervision of our qualified coaches.
Our gymnastics classes enable students to learn many basic gymnastic moves, progressing to acrobatics
Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) is an hour and a half-long class that will continue focusing on the 4 Olympic events: vault, bars, balance beam and floor.
Recreational Gymnastics course is offered by Sparta Trampoline Club. Our mission is to enrich our community’s physical and mental health by providing a world leading trampolining experience.
