Class Structure
After warm up the coach then splits the class into groups who continue on to apparatus work at bars, beam, floor and trampoline. The rainbow motto is fun based learning environment which is safe and allows children to develop confidence and physical fitness while developing skills. We have two dedicated pre-school areas with specialist equipment that is smaller with safer heights for younger children to develop their confidence and strength.
Welcome to Rainbow Gymnastics, Dundonald. We are located a short drive from Belfast in a purpose built unit, with generous parking. Our gymnastics packages and classes cater for toddlers, through to beginners right up to those competing at national competition level.
