Our MMA, anti-bullying & Self Defence classes encompass disciplines from various martial arts and Olympic sports, such as Boxing, Kick-Boxing, Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Taekwon-do, Wrestling and Judo. MMA athletes are highly skilled and some of the most well-conditioned athletes in the world.

Kids classes start at age 3 upwards and are split up according to age.
Kids wear boxing/puffy MMA gloves and shin pads for the striking segments of the class where they learn boxing/kickboxing/Muay Thai sequences for MMA.
